These customers are a Japanese couple who are friends of mine. Usually they would just book all this themselves, but as we were able to book using the Go To Travel Campaign Discount, is was cheaper to booked through us.
The guests caught the Shinkansen up to Nagano from Tokyo early in the morning and picked up a rental car at Nagano Station (arranged by themselves).
On the first day they drove to Kawanakajima Country Club and played 18 holes there.
They then drove onto Hakuba and checked in at our office for Alpine Villa Hakuba, our cozy 2 bedroom log cottage.
We all had a BBQ dinner at the Villa, and had a few drinks in the Echoland area of Hakuba afterwards.
The next morning they checked out and drove down to Azumino Country Club, where the played a round before dropping the car at JR Matsumoto Station, and catching the Azusa Limited Express back into Tokyo and home.
The guests arranged the transportation by themselves, while we arranged the accommodation and golf for them.
