Day Trip to Kawanakajima Country Club

This is our most basic trip. The customers were staying at Alpine Chalets Hakuba during summer vacation 2020. They were long stay guests who were living in Tokyo, but wanted to escape the heat and spent the whole month of August in Hakuba.

They had some more friends come and stay and wanted to relax over a round of golf. The group eventually amounted to 8 guests, so they played 2 groups of 4 players. A couple of players did not have their own clubs so we arranged with the course to rent 3 sets of clubs.

As all guests wanted to have a few drinks during the round, we arranged a 18 seat bus for them to transfer them to and from the course.

Our bus picked them up at 08:00am for a 9;45 tee time. The weather was fine, but quite hot and humid, so we recommended taking a change of clothes.

As this was during the Covid Pandemic, the bathhouse was showers only.

Guests arrived back in Hakuba just after 5PM, after stopping at a seven-eleven to grab a few beers for the road.
